Hi everyone! I am extremely excited to start blogging my journey as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I have a ton of great ideas for this blog. I want it to ultimately serve as a healthy lifestyle guide for you, in an effort to help prevent disease and harmful effects on your body.
“Holistic” means all of the parts of us can only be understood in reference to the whole. So we have to look at the whole person, and the parts that contribute to it, to make us healthy and happy. I want this blog to do just that, to focus on food, fitness, fashion, and emotional health. I plan to include a lot of information on nutritional health, as well as meal plans, ideas for snacks, shopping for food on a budget, beauty buys, fitness finds, and motivational quotes. I can’t wait to get started!
