Meal Plan October 12-16

I have a fun breakfast treat coming this week, and I have included it in the Meal Plan as well, which you can find below!

Weekly Template October 12

A few things:

  • This week’s “Lunch Wrap” is: An ezekial tortilla topped with hummus, quinoa, spinach, tomato, and shredded carrots.
  • The raspberry concoction of raspberries, coconut chips, and chocolate chips I use about 1/4 cup of berries, and 1 tbsp coconut and chocolate. I put them all in a container and enjoy!
  • Dust 1/4 cup almonds with cinnamon for a lovely afternoon treat.
  • Suja has the best cold-pressed juices, and they’re available everywhere now, including stop and shop, and target. Select ones that include vegetables as well as fruits.
