Goals for the Week

Last week I focused on relaxing, and I REALLY failed at it, but I did have an awesome Fuller House viewing party, which I will blog about later.

This week, I want to focus on healthier eating and getting back into good habits.

  1. No eating past 7pm
  2. In bed by 10pm
  3. 3 New Blog Posts
  4. No alcoholic beverages until the weekend
  5. Include one flexibility training workout
  6. Have a fun spa day on Friday!
  7. This March Madness Fitness Bracket. It’s two workouts per week, and you get to pick which exercises from each side of the bracket you would like to do. It looks like a fun and interesting add on to your fitness program!
