Breakfast in an Actual Pinch

Ruth’s Chia Goodness is my new breakfast obsession, which is perfect because it is so easy to assemble on the spot when I forget to plan a healthy and nutritious breakfast.

Chia Goodness is made out of completely raw ingredients. Other benefits are that it is gluten-free, dairy free, high in Omega-3s, fiber, calcium, and iron.

I found the Cranberry Flavor at Ocean State Job Lot, and the ingredients in this flavor include chia, buckwheat, hulled hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, currants, cranberries, organic cane sugar, ginger, and celtic sea salt. All of which are so amazing and beneficial for your body!

I have only had this breakfast cold so far, but maybe I will try it hot when the weather gets colder. To make this, all you have to do is add 2 tbsp of the chia goodness mixture to a bowl, add 4 tbsp of non dairy milk and wait for the seeds to absorb the mixture so it thickens in about 3-4 minutes. While I am waiting, I assemble my lunch for the day. Then comes the best part—adding the toppings. I typically add berries, coconut, chocolate chips, and the occasional tablespoon of nut butter. So perfect for someone lazy like me!

There are many other flavor options to choose from, including Chocolate, and Apple Almond Cinnamon. I seriously can’t wait to try them all. They are available to purchase online here.
