Meal Plan November 9-13

So I just got back from watching the 25th Anniversary of Home Alone on the Big Screen. It was amazing, and I highly recommend going with your friends to see it, as it makes for a couple of laughs, even if they happened during the most heartwarming scene in the church. We truly are filthy animals.

This week I have Wednesday off from work, but I hope to still stick to my plan, which you can find here: Meal Plan November 9

This week’s food:

Chia Seed Bars-These are on sale this week at Whole Foods. Coconut is my favorite flavor.

Banana Split-My new breakfast favorite. I slice a banana down the middle, add PB, and chocolate chips, and heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Top with yogurt if you choose.

Mexican Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Current Favorite Vegan Mac and Cheese-You can find this at Whole Foods or Stop and Shop
