I’m a little last minute this week, but it’s been hard to focus on food prep while trying to determine what to buy for Christmas. So excited for some good Cyber Monday deals.
This week’s meal plan: Meal Plan November 30. Definitely planning to buckle down this week after the Thanksgiving craziness. Buckling down includes drinking at least 70 ounces of water a day, and squeezing in my workouts for the day.
I also plan to add chia seeds to my smoothies and overnight oats, which will make each item more filling and add some protein and omega-3s.
Hopefully, I can focus on posting a bit more this week! Last week got a little bit crazy. Have a relaxing Sunday, and Go Pats!
