How amazing is that Veggie Christmas tree from Pinterest? I definitely want to recreate that.
I’ve been a little sick these past few weeks, so I found it hard to blog and to be creative. It also took a toll on my workouts and my food preparation. It’s important to stay on track this week with the holidays right around the corner.
This week I went to Trader Joe’s to stock up on some healthy foods. I grabbed some already boiled edamame (my recent obsession), a tropical fruit medley, triple ginger snaps, and peanut butter puffins. I know the puffins aren’t the healthiest breakfast I could eat, but they’re so delicious and ok in moderation. I will add almond milk, chia seeds, and banana to boost up the nutritional value!
