This & That

This week was a fun one, with St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, March Madness, and trying out some fun new recipes. Below are some of my highlights from the week:

This Hair Masque I discovered at Whole Foods. I almost always use a hair masque when I wash my hair. I was drawn to this one because of the amazing ingredients it was formulated with, such as avocado oil, coconut oil, and olive oil. The price tag is amazing too, it cost about ten dollars. I’ve used it twice so far, and my hair has felt soft and tangle free!

Not the best picture, but I saw this Cher Barbie Doll from Clueless at a store. I didn’t buy it, but it’s so adorable! I remember those hats.

Peanut Butter Cup Energy Bites: These 5 ingredient bites (dates, oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, and chocolate chips) taste amazing. They’re the perfect mid afternoon snack, and the recipe makes enough to last all week.

A gluten free mini St. Patrick’s day cupcake! I hope everyone had a great time celebrating, but I’m excited to rest tonight.

Cauliflower Breakfast Pizza: I tried out this recipe for dinner this week, but it didn’t taste as good as I had hoped. I really tried to squeeze the water out of the cauliflower before cooking it, but I must not have done it well enough. The crust never got crispy enough to taste like a pizza to me. This was my second cauliflower crust attempt, and at least it came out better than my first.

The 8 teams I will be cheering for in the NCAA March Madness Tournament! I’m also a huge Providence and Kentucky fan!

Hope everyone has some exciting plans for the weekend. I am eager to just relax tonight. 👌🏽
