I love trying out new snacks, especially when I find healthy ones that just make life easier. Below are some of my favorite finds of the week:
These chips are delicious! They have an onion-y flavor, which I think adds a lot taste. I crushed these chips into smaller pieces for my lunch salad this week, which added a nice healthy crunch. I love the addition of flaxseeds, which add in some necessary omega-3s to our diet. Yum!
I was never a huge fan of cereal bars, but these are addicting. The pumpkin flavor is perfect, neither overpowering, nor too subtle. This has been an excellent afternoon snack!
In the Fall I love anything apple. Nutiva is a well-trusted brand, and I’m excited to use this applesauce. It’s loaded with chia seeds, which will ensure that we get some healthy omega-3s and feel full longer. I can’t wait to top pancakes and waffles with this sauce, or to add in some granola. So many possibilities!
Individual pouches make life so much easier! I totally can’t stand cleaning up any containers with nut butter in them. It’s so hard! That’s why I love snacks like these, that I can take to work with a banana or apple, with no fuss involved. This company makes a variety of flavors and nut butters, including peanut butter and almond, adding in cinnamon and chocolate. They have so many combinations of flavors!
