Meal Plan-November 2

Ahh this week with Halloween and everything, life has been pretty crazy, and I’ve been pretty liberal with my foods. This week I was so excited to meal plan and prep my foods so I can get back on track!

I’m hoping to make a new template soon, but below you will find some of the recipes I will be using:

Smoothie

Asparagus Bruschetta

Amazeballs

Vegetable Wrap-Sprouted grain wrap or bread with spinach, tomato, cucumber, avocado, salt and pepper.
