One Week Detox Goals

This week I really want to focus on making better choices for my body. My skin is getting so gross, and I’ve been feeling so dehydrated, which is why I am choosing to do a mini one week detox! It’s nothing too extreme, just 8 simple rules I will follow throughout this week to give my body a little health boost. Feel free to join me, I’m starting today.


Detox Guidelines:

  1. No alcohol
  2. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water throughout the day
  3. No fried foods
  4. No candy–this one MAY be my hardest goal
  5. Hot lemon water in the morning
  6. No food after 7:30pm
  7. 3 fruits per day-See why this is so important here
  8. Journal your food intake

In addition, it’s so important to eat a variety of vegetables and whole grains. Let me know how you do, I’m definitely planning to reward myself next Monday with a new jacket for a job well done. (Positive vibes).
