This week I really want to focus on making better choices for my body. My skin is getting so gross, and I’ve been feeling so dehydrated, which is why I am choosing to do a mini one week detox! It’s nothing too extreme, just 8 simple rules I will follow throughout this week to give my body a little health boost. Feel free to join me, I’m starting today.
Detox Guidelines:
- No alcohol
- Drink half your body weight in ounces of water throughout the day
- No fried foods
- No candy–this one MAY be my hardest goal
- Hot lemon water in the morning
- No food after 7:30pm
- 3 fruits per day-See why this is so important here
- Journal your food intake
In addition, it’s so important to eat a variety of vegetables and whole grains. Let me know how you do, I’m definitely planning to reward myself next Monday with a new jacket for a job well done. (Positive vibes).
