Meal Plan-Thanksgiving Week

Jamming out to some Alanis Morissette right now as I’m writing this and planning for the week ahead. Also, how amazing is Adele’s 25? Must have started me off on a depressing music kick.

Anyway, I’m very excited for Thanksgiving, and already started to watch ABC Family’s countdown to the 25 Days of Christmas. I definitely don’t want to fall into the holiday trap of eating way too many bad foods at various events, so I plan to keep my portions in check. Additionally, I am planning to create a mini detox for Black Friday.

My Spaghetti Squash Lunch: Roasted spaghetti squash over arugula, add pomegranate seeds, lemon, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper

Egg Nog Shake: Mixture of 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup coconut milk egg nog, 1 frozen banana, cinnamon, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp flaxseeds.
