The BEST Overnight Oats ever!

I love not having to think about breakfast in the morning! I try my best to meal plan so I am always prepared, but I love having something convenient and healthy to grab.

Overnight oats definitely fit the bill. You just have to mix together a few ingredients the night before and you’re ready to go in the morning. I’ve tried a lot of flavors over the years, but my absolute favorite flavor combination is chocolate peanut butter overnight oats. I was more than excited to wake up at 5:30 this morning just to dig in. This breakfastย seriously tastes like dessert!

Here is my recipe: (Adapted from thisย recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate cashew milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp PB
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional, but a healthy addition)

Directions:

  1. Mix together the oats, chia seeds, cashew milk, maple syrup and PB in a bowl and add to a small mason jar.
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. In the morning, add in chocolate chips and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
