Sundays are the best! I’m sitting here now watching the Patriots game, and writing in my You First Journal (Thanks, Linda!) This game is amazing though, I can barely write two words without something exciting happening.
This week I plan to eat well, but my birthday is tomorrow, so there might be a few additional pieces of dessert, and a few more drinks than usual.

Sweet Potato and Black Bean Salad (or you can buy a similar one at Whole Foods). I will be posting a recipe for lazy people (like me) using the ingredients from my Grocery Haul tomorrow.
