Monday is here! This weekend definitely flew by, in the best possible way. This week I have a few goals in mind:

  1. Β Try out the new fitness blender 8 week program for busy people. (Round 2).
  2. Definitely time to make a healthy pumpkin or apple-based dessert.
  3. Hopefully Fall Hiking
  4. Research some good running shoes
