Monday is here! This weekend definitely flew by, in the best possible way. This week I have a few goals in mind:
- Try out the new fitness blender 8 week program for busy people. (Round 2).
- Definitely time to make a healthy pumpkin or apple-based dessert.
- Hopefully Fall Hiking
- Research some good running shoes

Awesome goals! 1)Mine are to walk an extra mile a day 3-4 miles total. 2) Eat only when Im hungry and stop when Im full 3)less time on social media
